What it is
FitTools (tools.fit) is a public health and fitness platform built around a suite of calculators for energy expenditure, body composition and training metrics, each paired with reference content explaining what the number means and how strongly the evidence supports it.
Every claim in the reference content is evidence-graded: tiered by the strength of the research behind it. That is the same discipline health tech products need when they make claims to clinicians, regulators or the public, applied here in a live consumer product.
What was done
Designed, built and operated end-to-end: product design, full-stack development, SEO architecture, the evidence-graded content system, engagement mechanics and a monetisation roadmap.
The SEO architecture is deliberate rather than bolted on: structured data, programmatic landing pages and an internal linking model built to compound over time instead of spiking with a launch.
